Meditation can be described as the exercise of quieting the mind. Regular meditation has many proven beneficial effects on health and well-being. An easy and convenient way to bring this practice into your life is with an album of meditations guided by Philip Permutt, healer, teacher, and author. This audio program contains six ten-minute meditations, with music by Chris Conway. Each meditation is designed to work as a short exercise or be combined with the others. If you have ten minutes to spare, listen to one track. If you're willing to allow more time, listen to the whole album, following each meditation in turn.
